District Sales Manager

The District Manager will assist in the achievement of the company’s strategic objective through the development, training and leading of store sales managers and all sales team members within a district.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Hire, train and coach a performance-focused team dedicated to a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive, professional and purpose-filled relationship with customers, vendors, and Precision employees.
  • Develop plans for routine community outreach events with a focus on local non-profit and community-focused organizations.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a manner that simultaneously satisfies the customer and benefits Precision Wireless and Verizon.

Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years prior experience in a related role
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
